aomi by appleofmyi is a brand of kids wear which was established in 2006.
We run our exclusive brand outlets in th ecities of Bangalore, Hyderabad, Hassan and Proddatur. In the stores you will find a combination of our apparel with other lifestyle products which are perfect for gifting.
In addition we also sell our brand products on our website and on India’s most popular online market places.
What products does aomi by appleofmyi sell?
While in our webstore, we primarily sell our apparel and accessories, in our offline stores you will find a wide range of products for kids 0-10 years. The products range from newborn accessories, toys, books, furniture, room accessories, shoes and much more.
In case you do not live in a city where we have our store – no fret! Just call us and we will schedule a video call or send you photographs on your phone and will ship out anything from the store, that you might like.
Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
There are no shipping charges for orders values greater than Rs 1499. For order values below this, we charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs 100 per order for all India orders.
While our site is currently being setup for international deliveries, we can enable international deliveries using premium delivery services like Fed Ex. The cost of delivery will be born by the client as per actual charges.
How long will delivery take?
Our warehouse ensures that most orders are shipped out within 48 hours of receiving the order request. If there is a further delay, then you will hear from us.
Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After we receive your order, our packing team starts picking the goods with the help of our warehouse management system.
There is a quality and hygiene check which is then done on the goods, after which these are packed and kept ready for shipping.
Then an auto message is sent to our shipping partners to initiate a pick up. The partner arrives either the next day or the day after and picks your package which is then on its way to you.
At this point you will get an SMS and an email to let you know about the status of your orders. You should receive your package anytime between 2- 6 days from then, depending on your location.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Absolutely, you will receive an invoice with your order. In case you have any queries regarding the shipment, you may use the number on that invoice as a reference for interactions with our team.
What shall I do, if the package, I receive seems to be tampered?
Our products will be packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery. Please call us on +91-9164488885 and let us know. If delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you received a damaged or wrong product, then please call us and we will make it all good.
Where is the office of aomi by appleofmyi located?
We are a Bangalore based company. Both our office and warehouse are located in this city.
What is the aomi Happy Festival Offer?
The aomi Happy Festival Offer is available both online and in all our stores, except the Proddatur store.
We are offering a festival coupon for purchases of a minimum of Rs 3,500, against which the customers will receive a coupon of Rs 250. With a purchase of Rs 7,500, they will receive a coupon of Rs 750. These coupons can be redeemed on the next bill within 45 days of the initial purchase.
If this purchase is made online, your coupon will be sent to you by e-mail and this coupon can be redeemed online only.
Similarly coupons received in store, can be used in-store only.
In case of any further clarifications, we can be contacted by mail or phone.
This offer will run till November 16th. The coupons earned can be redeemed by December 15th.

PAYMENT AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION

What options do I have while making payment?
We accept payments by debit or credit card and also through Net Banking. You can also pay through Cash On Delivery (COD).
What is wishlist?
Wish lists are collections of desired products saved by you to your user account, signifying interest without immediate intent to purchase. All the products that you want to own can now be put up in one easy-to-reach destination.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes you can cancel or change your order. To do this please call us within 6 hours of placing the order, else we might have shipped the goods out to you.
What is our Exchange and refund Policy?
We allow for an exchange of products within 14 days of receiving the order.
We do not offer any refunds. Refunds are undertaken only if the product is received by you is a defective product.
